Duties

The business enterprise administrative Assistant reports to the Director and offers the director and members of the business enterprise unit the mandatory management support services. From this capacity, the Administrative Assistant supports budget foretelling and tracking, coordinates required purchases, processes invoices, arranges travel agreements, manages and tracks training and conference requests, purchases supplies, and maintains a highly effective place of work providing the administrative and secretarial assistance.
